Help help help!

Bought a home from some people that were about to face foreclosure. The family moved out however they had guess living with them who didn't move with them. So I sent letters asking them to move but no response. They haven't paid in almost 2 months, they never had a lease agreement they just came to visit and never left. They are stopping me from putting the house on the market. What do I do?

@Lee Faulcon

Call a lawyer and start the eviction process.  Why would you even wait two months if you don't know them AND they did not pay rent?
