I'm here in Cincinnati and have gotten a few properties that need a lot of rehabbing done to them. Who are my more likely buyers or who could I seek and call for these types of properties?

I would recommend that you work on developing a strong buyers list with buyers who know what they want. This will allow you to show your wholesale properties to the right people. Right now, you need rehabbers, but you also need to find those who are interested in these specific areas and how much rehab they are comfortable with. Work on your buyers list. Obtain this information. Get to know your buyers. Show them what they are looking for. If you own the properties, you can put signs in the yard with your phone number. If you have them under contract, you can still market them but must disclose that they are under contract. Good luck.
