Purchase contract for Maryland

Hi all, what is the easiest and least expensive way to gain access to a purchase contract for residential properties in maryland? We are in Baltimore County.

Thanks for the tag @Justin Lenk. The contracts that are written by the local Realtor boards are actually copyrighted material that is only licensed for use to their members. So a layman can not use one of those contracts legally.

I would suggest seeking out the services of a good real estate attorney. Maryland real estate law is fairly complicated. I would not trust some free contract I downloaded off of the internet. I am quite experienced, and if I did not have access to the realtor contracts, I would not attempt to write one myself (that is the practice of law, which I am not licensed for) nor would I trust someone elses contract. Id go straight to a real estate attorney to write mine.
