I am still looking for my first buy and hold investment and would love some opinions on this duplex. It is located in the california valley and here are some numbers:

Price- 210,000

Cap - 7.20%

Rent 900/each 1800 total 

NOI- 15,520

Built in 2007

Full occupancy
