Septic Systems in AZ

Hello BP,

I am considering placing an offer on a parcel of land that contains two duplexes, one DUPLEX is manufactured and there is also a Septic System on site.

I have found some really good info posted on BP regarding septic systems; however, I wanted to know if anyone in the Phoenix Metro area can share their experiences with septic systems , pros, cons, suggestions etc.
