Investing In Timber land
I'm new to the bigger pocket forum, I have a rental property and would like to buy another 1 or 2, but, being a consulting forester, my real passion in Real Estate is timber land management. I've been following Seth Williams blog and am working on getting into buying and selling raw land using what I'm learning, but I was wondering if there are any other timber land investors on this forum, or if that's not really one of the Niches that's covered here? I didn't find many related posts when I did a search.
