Flip or Flop - Flipping Memphis
In the mail yesterday I received two tickets (invitations) to Tarek and Christina El Moussa's Flipping Memphis seminar. I was wondering if anyone at BP has been to their seminar? What will they be trying to sell me? And is it worth giving up my Saturday morning to go see these guys? I hate to admit it but I do love their show and it's through watching them that got me starting about getting into REI. Even though the CA market is insanely different from Memphis I still found their show informative.

Somebody beat me to it. I was going to say that I doubt they will even be there. Certainly leave your wallet at home, but if you feel the need to spend money, then save $5 and give me $990 and I will spend a day with you and show you everything. I can show you more then they could...these people have no idea how to flip homes in Memphis b/c they have never flipped a home here. I always find it amazing people are willing to pay coaches and gurus so much money to get knowledge from these individuals who have never done business outside of the city they live. BTW, I got the same ticket too.
