I have a few students that want to know if wholesaling is capable in Canada. Can anyone answer this question for me?

And what about anything similar to FHA loans?

@Antonio Carter

Search the forums, this has been discussed often.

The short answer is: In comparison to the U.S.A., wholesaling is not a viable business strategy in Canada.  This is due primarily to differences in market size, mortgage arrears/delinquency rates (<1%), and lending practices and regulation.

Canada has high-ratio mortgages similar to the FHA program in the U.S.A. Information can be found on the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation  (CMHC) website
