Learning to create a buyer's list!!!

Hello BiggerPockets!!! After months of no success trying to wholesale I found a group in Charlotte call Hobby Millionaire. I took a class about making offers with them and within a week I had my first sign contract. A month later and I'm holding 3 contracts. Now my problem is marketing and finding a buyer for those properties. I signed up with vflyer and no success. Any suggestions?

Rosa,

I remember when you were in the class!  Glad to know that it made a difference.  Knowing where to find motivated sellers and proper investor language is very important.

Next step is to market your properties.  Ads with great pictures on CL and on Facebook Groups (Hobby Millionaire & other local RE Investor groups) with good financial data.
