Good morning BPers...so here's the thing, my wife and are are trying to buy some properties and it seems like our agent is "out of town" most weekends and tells us that he'll be back Monday to make an offer. We kind of feel like we're missing out on some opportunities.

We really like our age and he's been super helpful, but am I off base by being as frustrated as I am??

Any advise or input would be appreciated.
