Hey! I am considering buying 6 unites apartment building in Chicago with 20% down. I currently do have few townhouse, however this is first time I am considering to expand to apartment building... Any suggestions or guidance on do's and don't...market seems to be very high priced, any tips on negotian? Thank you!
