Process of buying fsbo property

Good morning everyone, i am 20 years old and this will be my first home purchase. I have found a great deal that has been on the market for about two weeks which is a long time in my area(Fort Worth). I do have a real estate agent helping me look but this property is a for sale by owner. Rather than back away because I don't have the agent to hold my hand through the process i have to figure out how i can do this. If anyone can walk me through the process or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Juan.

Im not sure why you dont just rely on your agent here. They will handle the transaction process. Thats what they are being paid to do.
