I am considering buying the house that I live in off of my landlord via a subject to.  I've never done a subject to before and I want to be able to explain it to him properly (I think he is already on board but I don't know the ins and outs) so I was wondering if there was someone that could walk me through how a typical subject to deal would be structured.
