how do i get a list of everyones address is a neighborhood and/or phone number?

Yup, and it will have a mailing address option you can add to your search criteria. You really want the address of the person paying the taxes anyway.

I start with a school district

Then recorded date 6+ years ago (Prevents new buyers with no equity)

Owner Occupied = Yes (Unless I change the letter for an investors letter)

Do not mail = Blank or NO

Few other criteria I choose to get it down to where I want to mail (Can do street name = "name" OR "Name2")

Be sure to include Mailing address, mailing ZIP, owner name, owner name 2, owner last name. Be sure to export them though because you can only export so many a month (ours is 5000) and I want to play with the results some. Once you get it you can export them to labels (or even have REALIST make it, but then you don't have the raw data for further use)
