Burley Idaho? Looking for first investment there

Hi BP,

I have a good friend living in the Burley/Twin Falls area.  I'm looking for a good rental property there.

Anyone from that area or know anyone with a good pulse on the market there?  I live in Las Vegas and our market is not that great for rental income.
