Seeking Multifamily Agent/Knowledgeable party in Pocatello Idaho

Hi,

Evaluating first investment, a partner and I are looking at a multifamily >8 units in Pocatello Idaho.

Were looking for advice from an agent or knowledgeable party that has good knowledge of recent transactions in the area.

Specifically looking to understand D/C class apartments sold price/unit for moderately fixed up, completely rented out multifamily units.  Looking for info like last year of sold comps that would be great.  Current rent prices/sqft of the area along with current rents of the area studio/1b/2b.

Basically anyone who is willing to share info on this market, I'd like to have a phone call with.
