Home Inspector referral for Milwaukee

Hi everyone,

Looking at closing quickly on a cash purchase in Milwaukee.

Looking for references for a home inspector that can quickly get into a property and give me their thoughts.

Its an investment, buy and hold, rental.

There are many home inspectors in Milwaukee,  if its a rental and especially a duplex/multi, make sure that the inspector specializes in DIHLR  as well, as it will be a requirement for anything in the city of Milwaukee, you will need to know what needs to be done for certification, unless one is already on file with the city.  Can give you some names if you want to pm.
