Does anyone know how to find ForceClosures list in Windsor(Ontario) area.

I'm sure I responded to another post of yours about foreclosures.  

Here is a recap:

  • Ontario uses power of sale, not judicial foreclosure. A consequence of this is properties will normally be listed with realtor on MLS;
  • Canadian mortgage arrears rates are low (<1%) and defaults even lower in comparison to the U.S.A.   That means there will not be a large number of mortgage sales.
  • Things like foreclosure lists - aside from required publishing of mortgage sales in the Ontario Gazette / Royal Gazette - are not readily available in Canada as our privacy laws make trading in such information illegal.
