New to Memphis investing

Hey guys,

I'm Kyle Davenport. After serving our nation in the USAF, I started a career in Real Estate.  I've specialized in the Dallas, TX and recently moved back home to Memphis, TN and started working with Memphis Investment Properties. 

I am focusing on working with out of state and foreign investors to be their boots on the ground, and help them find properties that fit their needs. 

I'd like to connect with local wholesalers, Realtors, investment bankers, and cash buyers in the Memphis area.
