Milwaukee, WI buy and hold
Good afternoon BP members!
I have recently been turned onto the Milwaukee, WI real estate market. I am looking to purchase multifamily dwellings to buy and hold. I am from New Jersey and will need a connection with a recommended realtor and property manager to aid me in being successful. I appreciate any advice or help you all can provide.

I currently have a 4 unit for sale for $100k. It is located at 32nd and st Paul. I use Ed Riggenbach at mkepm as a property manager and realtor. I highly recommend him.
