Cleveland Investor Friendly Agent
Hey everyone,
About 6mos ago I finally made the leap and acquired my first property which was a triplex in Virginia. Since then I've been doing my research and have zoomed in on Cleveland as my next target area. I've happened to stumble upon an owner financing deal and have all the terms worked out with the seller. Being that this will be my first out of state deal, I'm looking for a Cleveland investor friendly agent who'll be able to guide me through the process and all the necessary paperwork.
