Hi BP forum,

Looking for a realtor to help we sell my 7 rental units looking to let it go at a 8-9% cap rate.

Most brokers I talked to in the area either have no idea how to sell as a portfolio or just unresponsive.

Virginia is a pretty big state. You might want to clarify where the properties are. You should also be aware that when properties are sold as a package that it takes longer to do so, and that the price you will get will be a good deal less than if they were sold off individually.
