Closing cost fees in Ga

Hello BP, I'm working a deal with a vacant property but I need to get some numbers right before making the contract with the home owner. I'm in Atlanta Ga. and I wanted to know if there is a guideline or % on how much will it be for closing cost and what does that include? I got holding cost, repair cost and commissions fees already in the math just need some advice on the closing cost part. Thanks in advance!
