There a a lot of Turnkey companies in Ohio, or at least ones that claim to be. Make sure you do your research on the companies in the markets you are looking into. Some just act as agents and are not really providers. Other actually own the home and do all the work on the investment. They walk you through the process step by step. You can find out who it doing the right thing and who isn't easily with a Google search

Hi my name is Marek and I'm also from Corona California. I'm bought couple properties in Columbus and a couple in Cleveland using Self Directed IRA. I'm doing ok'd with them but nothing as I was told. Learning a lot from BP. My first mistake that I paid too much for them. My ROI is somewhere around 5-8%. Decided to seat down and create spread sheet to find out exact numbers, I should be get this done in a week or so. Am an overeseas investor.I bought my first Toledo  cashflow property in September 2016, Section 8 tenanted.Unfortunately at that time I didnt know about BP. Lots of helpful info and tips

Good: most of their clients are international or out of state investors so they can help  with all the documentations,title deed , inspections and closing.

Not so good:they are based outside the USA but deal with US agents so to be honest not all the information they share is correct. Hence dealing with a local turnkey company is definitely better.

Since you are at an advantage I would suggest you can pay a visit before you close.

Ohio Cashflow is another commonly popping up name that I am currently communicating with  for  a possible second property also in toledo.
