Looking for affordable handyman contacts in DFW metro

Hi BP community, One of my friends bought a home recently with the intention of flipping and the numbers were tight to begin with. PP: 110k Estimated Rehab: 20k ARV : 140-145k SqFt : 1450 But when he began getting quotes from general contractors, his quotes range from 28-30k. Can you guys recommend any affordable handyman in the DFW metro area for his job ? He has mostly cosmetic work throughout the home. Needs 13 piers of foundation to level which is the biggest item according to him. He is willing to sub the foundation work to someone else. Please help !
