Should I always get an inspection when buying?
I am ready to buy my first rental in KC MO. I live in San Diego. I would be purchasing it from USREEB. They have rehabbed it and have a renter in it already. They gave me a big checklist of everything they replaced as well as pictures. Is getting an independent inspection something I should do?
