Norwich, CT - Looking for Appraiser and inspector

Hi there, I am buying a 7-unit building in Norwich CT and need suggestions about who to work with. I'm looking for an appraiser, an inspector and somebody to do a phase 1 environmental study. If you know anybody please reach out! I tried Yelp and Google but thought somebody on the biggerpockets forums would be a better source. Thanks! Robert.
