Williamson county new construction

I'm wondering what folks building out in Williamson county are experiencing. (Tennessee)

I ask because recently I put in an offer on a house in my subdivision and the folks were selling because their house in Spring hill was getting close to being finished.

I was curious and started talking to them about their experience. They told me Williamson county was an absolute nightmare. It took them 2 years to build their home from being given all sorts of grief by water/sewer, zoning and codes.

Every time they had something done, the inspector would change his mind. The way they described it, it was very expensive and very painful. I’m curious if anyone has any experience out there.

I’m just putting this here for keyword purposes: Spring Hill, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, Nolensville, Nashville, Davidson County
