Hi, I currently own two properties in Jersey City and I was wondering what people think of Harrison NJ? Has anyone invested there yet? Does it look like that area is growing?

Hi Julie,
I am looking to invest the Harrison multi family apartments. The market looks good and the cap rates are reasonable. A lot of new apartment complexes are coming up next to the harrison path station.
How has your experience been ?
