Hi Julie,
I am looking to invest the Harrison multi family apartments. The market looks good and the cap rates are reasonable. A lot of new apartment complexes are coming up next to the harrison path station.
How has your experience been ?

Thanks for the info on the realtors. I love your plan and honestly speaking, I have the same plan to re-invest the extra cash flow. And you are right for the next one we will need a 10-20% down.
If you don't mind can you share some basic numbers on your property that will help me evaluate my deals as well. (Like property price, cap rate, rents)
Are you doing the property management yourself or have a company for that ?
And, I just started on the Bigger pockets and really liking it so far with all the information it can provide.

Hi Carley,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am new to real estate and wanted to use NACA for greater leverage on the first deal. Therefore eyeing on the 3 family close to my place in harrison, NJ.
I am reasonably well with the numbers, but still new to the whole process, how to set up the proper systems etc. (Lease, rent collections, finding tenants etc.)
I heard that you had good experience with the NACA contractor but overall are the other NACA staff associates good as well?
I meant about the NACA realtors, NACA inspectors etc.
Let me know your experience & advice on that.
Again thanks a lot for your reply. :)

Hi,
I am based out of Harrison, NJ and was looking to buy a multifamily using NACA mortgage. I recently got approved. I wanted to know if people have invested in cash flowing multi-family with NACA and how their experience has been over the years. Thanks
