Addendum to the contract after closing
We just closed on multifamily property, but today (5 days after signing the contact) we got an addendum from sellers attorney saying that owners name on the original contract was wrong and asking us to sign an addendum with name of the owner different from the original contract. Seeking suggestions from all you out there. Please help me.
