Tax records show different name from sale history. Which one should be used in the closing contract?

Thanks Steven. It is not same. Changed from Xxx inc to someone's name.

Thanks for the feedback. It was not a typo or misspelling. Name on the original contract is xxx inc and on addendum sellers lawyer is saying that it was a mistake and correct name is some persons name, not a business entity.

We just closed on multifamily property, but today (5 days after signing the contact) we got an addendum from sellers attorney saying that owners name on the original contract was wrong and asking us to sign an addendum with name of the owner different from the original contract. Seeking suggestions from all you out there. Please help me.

Ryan, I am also based in Schaumburg looking to buy 2nd rental property (MFH). Were you able to find any properties which are within 20-25 miles from Schaumburg?

We are planning on making an offer on three unit MFH located in West Chicago, pretty soon . All three units are occupied with section 8 tenants and building is in good condition.Asking price is in mid 200's. Any thoughts....

We are pre-approved by Quicken loans to buy our second rental property. The first rental property we purchased was with different lender. Please recommend if it is ok to use them , they just launched in 2015 and that makes me nervous. Please share your experience with Quicken loans? All the suggestions and advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
