West Oak Lane Investing
Hello Everyone - Does anyone invest in West Oak Lane Area? I noticed on one side of Ogontz Ave the row homes have sold for approx 155-175K. The other side are much lower approx. $135K. These have porch fronts, and need more work. There are some foreclosures, and hardly any rentals. Appreciate any feedback on fix & flip, fix and rent or stay away.
