I think I've found a deal. Please HELP.

I live in Toronto and I've found 2 houses 3 houses apart from each other, but at a $300K price differential. Is the less expensive one a deal? How can I find out?

@Alex Friesen

All investment decisions are based on running the numbers. It's never anything else.

Post the numbers and people will chime in. What are you going to do with them? Rent them out? Flip them? Live in them? Purchase price, Rehab, closing costs, expenses, cash flow, etc.
