Seattle -- To Buy or Wait
I'm looking to buy my first home/condo in Seattle but have been worried with all the 'bubble' talk.
Just looking for everyone's opinions in buying while the market is hot -- specifically in close proximity (5 miles) to downtown Seattle.
Would you buy now or wait?

The tech industry is still booming. In general, as long as the tech industry stays strong, Seattle will continue to grow.
