Has anyone flipped a house to yourself? I'm thinking that being able to transfer homes through arms length transactions could be benifitial.

@Boe Bishop - That is what we do.  We buy distressed/undervalued homes and rehab while we live there and then move after 2 years.  Great way to make some cash. :)
