Making offers without a buyers agent

Hi there, I'm getting ready to make a few offers on properties in Connecticut that have sellers agents, but I do not have an agent. How do I go about doing this? Do I work with the sellers agent directly? I'm not sure about CT, but maybe they can serve as a dual agent? I don't know any agents in the area and was able to buy my last property in that area without one (in that case neither me nor the seller had an agent). Plus, I imagine that most agents will view my offers as a waste of time (low offers and I'm looking for seller financing). Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! Thanks, Robert.

If you are buying deals that are on the market through a seller's agent then what do you have to gain by not getting a buyers agent?  It costs you nothing to have a buyers agent, paid by the seller, and the right agent can help you to make a more informed decision and help you with all of the necessary paperwork.

If you move forward without the agent then you can make offers directly to the sellers agent, ask them to dual-agent if allowed, or they can refer you to someone else in their office to act as your agent.  I think all of these options are less desirable than posting that you are looking for an agent in whatever area you are looking and linking up with an investment minded agent.  I am sure there are a few here on BP.
