Serious cash buyers?

Question

What is the easiest way to find serious cash buyers?  Not wholesalers but the actual buyer. Someone who is willing to walk the property and pick it up that same day!

You could start at your local REIA meetings.  Network and meet people that are cash buyers.  You could also have a real estate agent pull a list of recent cash transactions and contact those buyers.

Facebook groups. Take or leave the advice but I was able to get over 80 cash buyer emails added to my list in my area in a matter of 20 minutes.

@Seth Thompson They are little signs (approx 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet) usually on 2 wire stakes. You have definitely seen them before, maybe on the on/off ramp of a highway or the entrance of a community. They usually say something about buying houses or "we buy cars cash" and a phone number.

Please don't be sorry for asking questions, Bandit signs are usually bright yellow signs posted through out streets ( on trees, light poles, etc) saying something like "WE BUY HOMES CASH" with a phone number.  If you haven't noticed any before I'm pretty sure you will now, just record the number and form a list name it "Potential Buyers" call and ask questions. Keep track of motivated buyers.  good luck Seth

Try local REI networking events or create a list of phone numbers taken from bandit signs and put in some time to call them all.
