Charlotte, NC Flipping
Any advice on flipping homes in the Charlotte market? I currently am I sales manager in the Home Improvement industry here locally... Just generally checking to see the climate... How are others doing w/ flips? Seems like it's a great market for REI here @ this time. But don't know how that rates in turn to flips... Was thinking in the range of $50-$150k homes... What formula would you suggest for a purchase price? 50%-65% of ARV??? Just looking for any help as you can see... Thanks In Advance!
