This question seems vague, but how do I find my first deal? What do I look for? How to crunch numbers? Financing? Basically im looking for a starting point? Any tips will help. To anyone who responds thank you in advance!

Bigger Pockets just released a new book called "Finding and Funding Great Deals" by Anson Young.  I haven't read it but I'd bet that it's going to be full of helpful information to help you transition from asking vague questions to asking more specific questions that relate to you directly.
