Im on the road everyday for work. I deliver HVAC equipment to new housing developments all over Northern California. My question is why do developers strategically choose specific areas to develop? What sort of trends/patterns are they following in order to make that decision?

Just moved out of moms 3 months ago. I live in Solano county just in between San Francisco and Sacramento. I have about 5k stashed away and Would like to put it to use. I understand this is a small amount especially for my area. Credit score is about 760 I hope that helps. I just purchased finding and funding great deals and the book on investing in real estate with low or no money down. I plan on reading both once received. What should I do in between time?

Hello everyone my Name is Dashjay Carlton and like many I want to join the world of real estate investing. It all started about a year ago after I read Rich Dad Poor dad. Done some research but have not taken any action. I would love to be taken under the wing of a successful investor in my area (SF Bay/Sacramento California). So how can I add value to your team? (Maybe that's for me to find out). I would to see the process of a house flip: seeking contractors , agents, escrow and whatever else is involved. I understand this may not be a fast process. Basically I want to learn hands on how this works because books are not getting me anywhere. I have a lot of questions and do not want to bombard my post with them. Please feel free to respond with whatever you feel is necessary. I love constructive criticism
