Chump change with fire credit

Just moved out of moms 3 months ago. I live in Solano county just in between San Francisco and Sacramento. I have about 5k stashed away and Would like to put it to use. I understand this is a small amount especially for my area. Credit score is about 760 I hope that helps. I just purchased finding and funding great deals and the book on investing in real estate with low or no money down. I plan on reading both once received. What should I do in between time?

Take anything you read regarding low or no money down investing with a grain of salt. It sells books but rarely work in reality. Money makes money. There are few reliable short cuts to investing success. The more money you have the easier investing will be.

With very little money to invest you must expect to work 10X harder to be successful. Investing at the best is hard work and requires a great deal of time as well as effort. No money investing is very difficult.
