Newbie here! Anyone in CT buy homes off auction.com?
What are opinions? Advice? Very curious about auction homes and the process.
There's a house I drive by everyday for almost two years now I want to say but just realized it's been vacant since learning about real estate. It's going up for auction on the website. Starting bid at $10k. There has been some remodeled homes recently within 6block radius of this house that sold within the last 4-5months rather quickly.
