Online Free BRRRR Calculator

Hi,

I found a google spreadsheet based BRRR calculator and I decided And I decided to modify it to make the functionality similar to the biggerpockets BRRRR calculator. Currently, it lacks any graphs / charts, but I am planning to add them.

If you find it useful and have some suggestions for improvement, please let me know.

Two things to note:

1) to use it, click File (Alt + F) of the google spreadsheet (NOT of your browser) and "make a copy"  and then work off your own copy.

2) There are two worksheets "Financial analysis" and financial summary.

Enter your data in the Financial summary sheet in the fields colored blue
