Looking for an Agent to work with in Winston Salem North Carolina

I live in Connecticut, and I haven been investing for the last two years. I owned and managed 9 units , and i have also done a flip deal recently. I have relatives who live in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I partnered with one of my relatives who is a General Contractor there to invest in Flips in the market. I'm looking for an agent who preferably has worked in the market for over 12 months, has experience working with investors, and is confortable and willing to work with an out of State investor.
