Looking for a Turnkey operator, wondering if anyone has done business in Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC with trusted Turnkey operators. I've identified NC as the market I want to have my next rental.

I'm in Raleigh NC and it's extremely difficult to find a rental that cash flows. I've been looking for about a month and considering going to the out skirts like Youngsville.

Hi Nabeel! Look into Roofstock.com to see if you can find properties that cash flow. They always have SFH in those areas.
