Realestate contract and seller
I'm so excited to have my 1st deal on the table. ( Staying positive)! Have wholesale deal with a church ministry,pending return of my "Standard contract to purchase realestate". However, they sent me a contract "Realestate Sales contract" to sign! Is that normal practice?
