I AM LOOKING FOR LAND CONTRACTS

Hello all, 

I am currently looking for a land contract property 50 miles of the 48060 zip code (Port Huron, Michigan). I am looking for this type of property to move into it for myself and my wife as our first home, NOT as an income property. I'd prefer not want to go through the bank/realtor - that is why I am looking for land contracts. 

Specifics: 

-land contract

-preferably in the country with at least an acre or so
