We're set to close in 7days but Title company is saying Deed wasn't changed to bank's name after foreclosure. How does that happen?  Question is, is it possible to close in 7days.  Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Replied

You can record the 2 deeds back to back if the lender is responsive.

This should not delay your settlement.
