White Plains NY downsize search

BP friends,

My parents are looking to downsize ow that they have crossed the 70+ threshold.  They are currently living in White Plains, NY and hope to remain in the same city or at least the area.  Not adverse to some renovations, especially if my mother can get her ideal kitchen.  With grandkids aplenty, looking for 3+ br, 2+ bath, preferably with a finished basement and one car garage.
